1. It is submitted that the above named Petitioner is/are unable to attend this Hon’ble on the last days of adjournment and this Hon’ble Court was pleased to issue N.B.W against the Petitioners.
2. The Petitioner submit that his/their absence for last days of adjournment was due to
and under unavoidable circumstances.
3. The Petitioner submit that the absence was neither intentional nor wanton but only due to above said reason the Petitioner is not available to attend this Hon’ble Court on every date of adjournment and cooperate in speedy disposal of the case.
Therefore it is prayed before this Hon’ble court to recall the N.B.W. pending against the petitioner in the interest of justice.
